Information Collection, Use, and Sharing
We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request.
After subscribing to our newsletter, unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.
When using our website for the purpose purely of gathering information, general information is saved automatically that your browser transmits to our servers. This includes as standard: Browser type/version, the operating system used, the page called up, the page visited previously (Referrer URL), IP address, date and time of the server request and HTTP status code. Processing is done to maintain our legitimate interests and rests on the legal basis provided by Art. 6 Par. 1 f) GDPR. This processing serves the technical administration and the security of the website. The saved data are deleted after 10 days, provided that there is no legitimate reason to suspect illegal use based on concrete indications, and additional checking and processing of the information is required for this reason.

When you respond to Puida emails or surveys we collect your email address, name and any other information you choose to include in the body of your email or responses. If you contact us by phone, we will collect the phone number you use to call Puida. If you contact us by phone as a Puida User, we may collect additional information in order to verify your identity.
If you are a Puida User, you will provide your contact details, such as name, postal address, telephone number, and email address. As part of your business relationship with us, we may also receive financial and personal information about you, such as your date of birth and government identifiers associated with you and your organization (such as your social security number, tax number, or Employer Identification Number).
You may also choose to submit information to us via other methods, including: (i) in response to marketing or other communications, (ii) through social media or online forums, (iii) through participation in an offer, program or promotion, (iv) in connection with an actual or potential business relationship with us, or (v) by giving us your business card or contact details at trade shows or other events.
Your Access to and Control Over Information

On What Grounds
We handle your Personal Data due to you being a customer of ours. Some collection and handling of Personal Data is based on your consent (such as sending you marketing communications), some is based on a contractual relationship between you and us, and some we have a legitimate interest towards. The remaining basis is our legal requirements.
When the handling of your Personal Data is based on a consent given by you, you may also remove the consent, after which we will seize using your information, in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable legislation.
When we use legitimate interest as grounds for handling your Personal Information, we always asses, whether our legitimate interest is prior to the legal rights granted to you by applicable privacy legislation. If we consider our legitimate interest prior to yours, we may be able to continue handling your Personal Data even if you wish to withdraw your consent.
For the sake of clarity, it is stated that direct marketing to individuals always requires a consent.
In the PuiDB service meant for administering your creative data we act merely as a data processor while the company using the service is the data controller.
Technical Service Providers
Insofar as nothing else ensues from the following information, the processing of your Personal Data occurs on our own servers and, if applicable, on the servers of technical service providers commissioned by us for the purpose within the European Union. These service providers process your Personal Data only following express instruction and are contractually bound to maintain adequate technical and organizational measures for data protection. In consequence, our service providers are engaged by us as so-called contracted processors in terms of Art. 28 GDPR.
Data Retention
Insofar as nothing else ensues from the following information, we save your Personal Data only for as long as is required to achieve the purpose of the processing, or for the fulfilment of our contractual or statutory obligations. Statutory storage obligations of this kind may arise in particular out of commercial or fiscal regulations. In this case, we will block the use of your Personal Data for other purposes.
